People of Walmart, July 4th edition

I post this with the question: should we, the people of Frisco, try to engage with our fellow citizens, and hold them to any kind of standard? Should we expect police to act on aggressive acts and indecent exposure?

As I walked up to the Frisco Walmart (Hickory/Preston) there was an SUV parked halfway in the fire lane. Lady had gotten out and gone inside but driver was sitting there smoking, window down, making no signs of moving to a parking spot. My smart ass decided to say "That's a fire lane" as I pass. Dumb, pointless, I know in hindsight.

Dude calls out "You got a problem?!?" I'm standing at the pylons by the door and turn around to repeat "Yeah, that's a fire lane, you shouldn't park there."

He gets out and aggressively waddles towards me, gets in my face with his snaggletoothed maw and yells about how he can do what he wants and to F off and mind my own business. Bumps into a guy getting back into his car but doesn't leave. I go to take a picture of his license plate and he does the attached performance, revealing his ass crack.

I call the cops, they show up quickly and speak to him first, he claims that I "stuck my entire head into his car."

Cops radioed in both our licenses and failed to act on this aggressive oaf and his public indecency.

Dunno what else I expect from going to Walmart.
