Has anyone taken Sean Davis or Ronald Heymann? I need advice on how to pass their classes please

Hello,
I had to retake intermediate accounting I because how hard the class was but I was wondering about my other classes. Im planning on the Tax class, would it be best taking it with intermediate II or III?
Is there any advice someone can give me about those classes? Id really appreciate it
