So with each update, I cannot help but notice I am deleting more and more apps, more and more photos even sentimental ones just to keep IN on my phone. I use an iPhone SE, and sometimes I play on my boyfriends phone he has a Samsung (Not sure which exact model but its a fairly recent one.) Also I LOVE INFINITY NIKKI PLEASE do not take this as a negative/hate post, its very much the opposite tbh

I am kinda scared I'm ngl for next update because this recent update I was barely able to install, I had delete even more photos. I know its just a game but I've invested so much money into the game it would be a shame to have to stop playing and spend all that money for nothing essentially.

Back when I mostly played on my boyfriends phone, the game would make his phone so hot overtime we had to get a battery replacement, the battery on my phone is getting speedran into dying as well, my phone can only charge up to 80% now that I play IN on my phone. No matter what settings I have the graphics at too, the load suggestion lies I stg. On top of having to get battery replacements, the game has crashed 4 times in 10 minutes alone. The game and its optimization are becoming unplayable almost I would argue.

I know Infold/Papergames is already having a lot of issues with IN regarding other topics right now, but I feel like this is worth mentioning. With the prices of RAM getting more outrageously expensive because of data centers, not everyone can afford to upgrade their phone every time a new one drops, or get a fancy gaming PC to play these types of games on. I know this is such first world problems, but some people rely on their mobile devices to play any games at all to escape their daily lives. Infinity Nikki is a game I feel like I can come to as an escape, but that escape is slowly but surely becoming more of a technological and financial burden than it was eliminating my stress.

It could be just me but is anyone else having issues with storage and the phone getting so hot? Infold/Papergames could easily fix this issue by changing small things like making islands (Serenity, Danqing, Wanxiang) uninstall-able to free storage space for players, especially because a lot of us are pretty much done with those areas. Just allowing us the option would be a huge step in a better direction. Also how many scrapped files still exist in the game files. Sooo many un-used and deleted assets are still just sitting in the files taking up storage space. Along with just empty space in general. A lot of islands like in Florawish that are inaccessible and have been unused since the updates they came out with. It leads to problems like this, I know they can make immersive worlds we have seen them do it time and time again. Just lots of empty space ≠ immersive world imo. I just am hoping I'm not the only one and that Infold can do something about this and soon. I've been writing about it in surveys
