Need team help

Hello team. Maybe this is a weird post, but I need some help. Lately there’s been a multi-account blue team spoofer taking over every gym in the area. If I take one down, they come back and place 5 or 6 different accounts with Blisseys, Chanseys, etc. Apparently I’m the only Team Valor player around here, and I can’t fly, so I don’t really know how I’m supposed to defend against this. 🙃

Of course I already reported them, but we all know probably nothing will happen to them, especially considering these are very high-level accounts, almost all of them level 70+. Hopefully someone can help me out.

Bottle cap

Sorry, I know that Reddit is full of this posts, but… My options for using the Good Bottle Cap are Zacian, Zamazenta, shiny Rayquaza, and Armored Mewtwo.

Honestly, the one I’d pretty much rule out is Rayquaza since it’s 14/14/14. My doubt is whether to use it on a meta Pokémon like the crowned dogs or on the only Armored Mewtwo I have. I know it’s not meta either (and I’m not really a regular PvP player), but I feel like I may never get another Armored Mewtwo, while I could eventually catch a better dog. Do you think that’s good reasoning?
