I am so fucking stressed out lol

Do other museums have a problem with people trying to socialize too much? So many people from different departments want to shoot the breeze and I’m just like “so nice to see you, every minute you spend talking to me is a minute I’m not fundraising, please get the fuck out, I’m trying to raise money so you can keep your job”

Real possibility of layoffs if I don’t magically pull money outta my ass

And for the love of god please quit asking me to raise fund for anything “above and beyond” we are soooooo below capacity for that, be for real
