First house flip, is it screwed with mold?
Purchased my first flip house from a sheriff's sale auction. There was some visible mold in the bathroom. Tore it down to the studs and im pretty sure theres mold all on these exterior walls. The outside siding has moss or lichen growing on all sides. The gutters were clogged for who knows how long. See pictures attached.
My question is, am I screwed? Does every exterior wall have mold? Is this something that can be fixed correctly without tearing all the walls down, or am I overreacting.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
