Considering MBA since I feel stuck (31 years old)

I thought joining the startup world in AI would be a good opportunity, but I'm finding it's not for me. Out of LEK I was originally going for PE, but got burnt out and joined a seed-stage startup instead. Regretting the decision right now (just not the right role for me) and kinda down in the dumps about it, so thinking about returning to school. I had interviews at 2 PE firms for a PE Ops opportunity, but got dinged because of the recent startup gig I think...it's hard to explain the story.

I had a 3.3 GPA in college and when I practiced GMAT years ago I got up to a 690...going to push for a 700+.

How practical is it that I get into a T15 or higher? Should I even do this? Genuinely need any advice right now! Thank you! Resume attached.

EDIT: Deleted resume after some friendly advice lol. But it was corp dev at PE Energy Porto for 2.5 years (successful exit) -> LEK energy /industrials group for 4.5 years -> AI startup for 6 months
