Trade execution post: https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoIndia/s/xVdVwMn7EI

There was liquidity available above 65,700, and the market touched that level. I was waiting for a pullback to enter at that level. But there was no pullback; the price went straight down, resulting in my missing the early entry. But then I received an alert that a whale had built a $19 million short position in Bitcoin. I immediately executed a short trade. In this I had kept my risk to reward ratio low because I was already late.

If you had invested Rs 100 in Bitcoin in 2009, it would have been worth more than Rs 1,300 crore.

Back in 2009, Bitcoin had basically no monetary value.

The first exchange rate was set by New Liberty Standard. At that time, you could get around 1,309 BTC for just $1, which means 1 BTC was worth only about $0.00076.

Then came the famous Pizza Day in May 2010.

A developer spent 10,000 BTC to buy two pizzas worth about $41. That put Bitcoin at roughly $0.0041 per BTC. Looking back today, it's one of the craziest stories in crypto history.

If someone had bought just ₹100 (around $1.2) worth of Bitcoin in late 2009 and never touched it, that investment would be worth well over ₹1,300 crore at a $100,000 BTC price.

But I don't think people should expect those kinds of returns anymore.

A lot of people still believe Bitcoin can do another 1,000x or even 10,000x. Personally, I think that's close to impossible for a few reasons.

1. Market cap is already massive

When Bitcoin was tiny, it didn't take much money to move the price.

Today, at around $100k, Bitcoin's market cap is roughly $2 trillion. A 100x move from here would mean a $200 trillion market cap. That's bigger than gold, the US stock market, and a huge part of global wealth combined.

2. Every cycle has produced smaller returns

2011-2013: about 500x

2015-2017: about 100x

2018-2021: about 22x

2022-2025/26: roughly 6-7x

As Bitcoin gets bigger, explosive gains naturally become harder.

3. Institutions have changed the market

Early Bitcoin was mostly driven by retail traders.

Now we have BlackRock, Fidelity, and spot ETFs bringing in much deeper liquidity. That usually means smaller swings, both up and down.

4. Bitcoin has become a different asset

Years ago, Bitcoin felt like a high-risk experiment.

Today, many people see it more like digital gold or a long-term store of value than something that will make everyone 1,000x overnight.

I still think Bitcoin has room to grow.

I just think the days of turning a few dollars into life-changing wealth are probably behind us.

Curious how other people see it. Do you still think another 100x is realistic from 65k

I am ready to execute a long trade in Bitcoin, just need a confirmation.

Bitcoin still has significant liquidity at the 64,250 level. The market will likely move lower to liquidate those positions. A move of only 0.62% is needed.

I have executed a short trade in Bitcoin Perpetual. Let me explain the logic behind it.

There was some liquidity available below candle A. However, looking at the swing of that candle, it becomes clear that not all of its liquidity was absorbed. I was about to execute a long trade right then, but I waited. I thought the price would go lower and bounce back, gaining more liquidity.

But the B candle formed a bearish engulfing candle, also with high volume. That's when my perspective changed. I immediately executed a short trade.

I still think about this trade sometimes

I was long on Bitcoin and entered the trade before going to sleep because I had full conviction in my setup.

My planned stop loss was around ₹2,500, but I had around ₹9,000 of margin in that position. So if my stop loss worked, I'd lose about ₹2,500. If I got liquidated, I'd lose almost the entire margin.

That night Bitcoin printed one huge red candle. It went straight through my stop loss level, but somehow my position didn't close. The same candle kept dropping until it came within about 80 points of my liquidation price.

If price had moved just those extra 80 points, I would've lost around ₹9,000 instead of ₹2,500.

My stop loss was 2.5% but if that trade had been liquidated then I would have lost 9% of my capital.

I still don't know exactly why my stop loss didn't execute. Back then I was using Delta Exchange, so maybe it was something on the exchange side. I'm not sure.

I don't use Delta anymore, and I'm not trying to blame them. I just wanted to share this experience because it reminded me that even when you think your risk is fixed, execution can still surprise you.

I felt like posting something on Reddit and was not able to understand what I should post, then Ai told me to share some of my past experiences. That's why I have written this post.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Once thought I got scammed buying USDT on Onmeta. Wasn't a scam though.

In my 2 years in crypto, I've never actually been scammed. Not once. Closest I came was paying Onmeta for USDT and it not showing up in my wallet. Panicked a bit, figured this was it. Contacted their support and they sent it over pretty quick. Never felt like something shady was happening to me since.

So ask yourself honestly - has it already happened to you? Or is it happening right now and you just haven't realized it yet?

Because the real scam isn't some exchange being slow with a transaction. It's every account on social media telling you "join our group, we'll give you trading tips, you can make xx,xxx." These people are all lying. I've watched podcasts and read Reddit posts from people who joined groups like this. Been really bad for them. Same thing's running in memecoins now too.

People keep falling for it because everyone wants to get rich quick, so they follow the tips. End result is almost always a loss.

This market runs on red and green candles and that makes it way too easy to sell someone a dream. There's no shortcut here. You gotta learn this stuff yourself. Experience is the only thing that actually teaches you anything in this game.

Anyone else working a full-time job while trading crypto?

Hello guy, I have been trading bitcoin for the last 2 years. But I am also doing a full time job. I am doing a full time job because I have no intention of creating my own YouTube channel to earn money as a side income, Because I am an introvert.

My plan isn't to become a billionaire with crypto. I just want to grow my trading capital by a few percent each month.

If you work a full-time job while trading, can you tell me how you manage your trading?

Bitcoin is currently in gambling mode

People are trading like crazy with 100x leverage. People on both sides are about to hit their stop losses. Bitcoin will remain sideways until market makers remove these retailers from the market.

I've executed a short trade in Bitcoin. Let's understand the logic behind it.

I said in a previous post that Bitcoin doesn't move much over the weekend and that people who trade over the weekend are fools. But the context of what I was saying was different. I meant to say that volume is lower on weekends because there are few big players in the market. Therefore, the market makes a lot of false moves.

I got a lot of downvotes for my previous post. I think I'm hoping I'm wrong.

Previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoIndia/s/p6o3fuRNTC

Looking at the logic behind this trade, the green candle at the top has a small body but a large wick. It has a lot of volume. This candle indicates that buyers tried to push the price up, but big players sold in high volume and absorbed their buy orders. And buyers are not able to push the price higher.

Looking at the liquidation heatmap, liquidity is available on both sides. However, the downside is dominated by people who executed trades using 100x leverage. Therefore, there is a greater chance that the market will first go down and liquidate them. I executed this trade based on this logic.

What do you think will trigger my SL or target price?

Updated: I have closed my trade at breakeven.

Let's analyze Bitcoin for Saturday and Sunday.

I had told in my previous analysis that bitcoin will touch 63,300 and continue towards 62,200. But the big players have pushed the price up even more to create FOMO

Previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoIndia/s/x2mLYpdrCR

As you can see on the map, there is still liquidity available at 62,200. However, Bitcoin won't touch 62,200 before Monday. Due to the weekend, there will be only small movements in Bitcoin. Therefore, it is not right for short term traders to trade on weekends. Now we can find out only on Monday what is going to happen in the market.

Let me tell you right away that if you are a short term trader and you are trying to identify trades over the weekend, you are making a mistake. Because I have personally observed that the volume in Bitcoin is very low during the weekend. In such a situation, expecting a big move is foolish.

There are many reasons why volume is low on the weekend, but if I were to point out one main reason, it is that those who move Bitcoin are enjoying the weekend. You also enjoy it.

Bitcoin is now ready to reach the price level of 62,200. Let me tell you how

The volume you see in the green candlestick on this chart is fake volume. Price isn't going to reverse from here.

As I had told in my previous post that the price will touch 63,300 and then continue towards 62,200.

Previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoIndia/s/7if0WoSmop

I said this because the sellers on the upside had stop losses. The market maker removed them from the market, pushing the price to 63,300. Now the next target is 62,250 because there is liquidity of 84.81 million here.

u/Ok-Addendum9185 — 9 days ago

Bitcoin's new low will be around 62,200. Let's analyze it.

As I analyzed in the previous post, there is liquidity of Rs 51.78 million at 63,300.

Previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoIndia/s/CfBec8sZmJ

Big players have taken away that liquidity and forced buyers out of the market. If we look at the liquidity map, there is still 66.15 million dollars of liquidity available at 62,200. The market will definitely touch that level as well.

But there is liquidity even at 63,300, a pull back may come to take it out of the market.

62,000 is an important price level. You can see on the 1-hour chart that the previous low, which was formed at 62,000, saw buying at this level. there is a high probability that the market will consolidate a bit in this zone and then move upwards.

u/Ok-Addendum9185 — 9 days ago

Let's analyze Bitcoin today. 63,300 is an important zone where Bitcoin could reverse.

Look at the liquidation map, there is a cluster of 51.78 Millions at level 63,300. Now look at the chart on 1 hour time frame. Market makers will drive the price down to this level and look for liquidity. In this way, big players will add their positions here. Upon crossing this level, the retailer will feel that the market has now entered a downtrend and will short, pushing the liquidity level of their trade upwards. And then market makers will push the price up to liquidate them.

u/Ok-Addendum9185 — 9 days ago

Bitcoin analysis: Bitcoin's volume has decreased by 6.59% over the past 24 hours, so the price isn't fluctuating much.

If we look at the liquidation map at 64,460, we can see that there could be a lot of liquidation there. Unless the price touches 64,460, we will not see any fluctuation on the chart. The price has already touched this level once but people are still sitting there after executing long trades. The chart will move when those traders are liquidated from the market.

Bas yah kaafi hai crypto trading me 80% traders se aage nikalne ke liye.

Maine bahut se smart traders ko dekha hai jo social media par apna profit batate hai ki unhone kitna kamaya. Ab vo profit 4 digit (x,xxx) or 6 digit (xxx, xxx) bhi ho sakta hai but mujhe malum hai ki is virtual market me digit nahi balki percentage matter karte hai.

Aap ground level par dekho. Jab koi 2 partishat monthly byaj par kisi ko udhar deta hai ek saal ke liye to vah udhaar dene waala bahut khush hota. Kyoki usko malum hota hai ki year ke end tak uske paas uski investment ka 24% hoga. Ab yah 24% return 10,00,000 par bhi ho sakta hai or 10,000 par bhi. Lekin hame 10,000 par 24% yearly return attractive nahi lagta hai. Yah kaafi boring lagta hai. Isliye log trading me aate hai because yaha par 2% move to 2 hours me aa jata hai. Jab new traders market ne aata hai to FOMO apne sath lekar aata hai. Or usi instant 2% hourly or daily return ki expectation me vo trade karte hai. Dusri aur ek long term ki expectation rakhne wala 2-3% monthly return se bhi khush ho jata hai.

Simple bhasha me samajhna chaho to trading me yahi vo ek fark hai ek gambler or buisness karne waale ke bich me.

To kya hame trading se monthly 2-3% return ki expectation rakhni chahiye?

Main kahunga ye return nikalna tumhare haath me nahi hai. Market tumhe monthly 10% return bhi de sakta hai or 20% investment amount ka bhi apna paas rakh sakta hai. Yaani kisi month PnL -20% bhi ho sakta hai. Lekin thik hai yah market hi aisa hai.

Main to yahi kahunga ki market me numbers se jyada percentage par dhyan do. Bas yah ek new perspective tumhe market me 80% logo se aage pahucha sakta hai.

Abhi mera baise change ho gya hai. Price pahle 65,700 ko touch karega ek spike markar. Fir 63,700 ko touch karega.

u/Ok-Addendum9185 — 11 days ago

Bitcoin me volume hi nahi hai. Yah jald hi 63,700 ko touch karne wala hai.

What's your strategy? Are you going to execute a short trade? Or will you execute a trade on a pullback with the trend?

Edited: Price ek baar uper ki side spike kar sakta hai.
