Hi i m trying to order from star gems, and I am a bit confused about the customer service handling.

I sent a few IGI certificate numbers hoping if they can quote me price, I am not sure if it is too much to ask ?

Also the person is not looking too keen to show options , just sending 2 certificates as options so I am not sure if I should ask for more

How do I proceed to get some options ? First time ordering so I am confused- than you !
