Hi, staff of 3 yrs was found falsifying inventory records, we sent nte but was late by 2 weeks though the nte was not answered. Are employers required to pay separation pay + financial assistance on top of backwages during setttlement with the arbiter?
A source says that separation pay will be negotiated and will be called as financial assistance during settlement. But i read financial assistance is separate from separation pay. Im confused.
