Reliability or common issues with Onyx RCR?

Hey all-

As title suggests, I'm curious on the reliability of the Onyx RCR (interested in 80v). Initially I had an escooter (roadrunner rs5 max) which was a shit show, then I upgraded to an electric unicycle (Veteran Sherman L) which I have ridden for 6k miles without a single issue. But now looking for ebike that can have some higher reliability as well. I love the look of the onyx and it looks like a ton of fun. I like that it's dead quiet and that you have the possibility of registering this thing for legal road use too. Would love feedback from anyone with any decent amount of miles on these things.

Price is very tempting.. I've heard mixed things about the older zero bikes tho. Figured I'd get second opinions here. Bike has 11.5k miles. Thanks!

Is my battery toast? (Roadrunner RS5 Max)

Was going for a ride.. Scooter suddenly shut off. Wouldn't turn back on. Turns back on now that it's on the charger, but once I disconnect it rapidly deteriorates as shown in the video. Any help would be appreciated
