1. Can we not select the map after the update ? Does it stay on, 'random' by default now ?

2. Where are we supposed to use these 'ARCADE' tokens ?

I have 410 upgrade cards and level 3 costs 650 should i upgrade to level 2 right now or should I collect more and then upgrade it to level 3 and if I did upgrade it directly to level 3 will I get the benefits of level 2 or not ? Help will be appreciated guys.
