Bitcoin

On step 7 of FOO. 29 M. Have a couple thousand in crypto like bitcoin and such. With the relatively stable action of crypto after the huge crash, it feels like I'm holding this is a money market or something along those lines. Is it worth to sell since I'm down and just invest elsewhere or worth it to hold?

Pillows for back pain

Getting occasional back pain when I wake up. Wondering if it's a bad bed or from the day's work. Anyone have special pillows that help with this?

Feel like I'm not doing enough

When I first started making money at 26 as a dentist, I was maxing out retirement accounts and had leftover to contribute to taxable brokerage. I was buying things for fun and not worrying. Now, I make about the same at 29, have everything maxed out for retirement, and $115k in brokerage, fully funded emergency fund, etc, but I feel like I am behind and not doing enough. I'm not sure if it's because the market isn't just going straight up and is more up and down or because my next goal of $500k net worth (currently at $300k) seems further away. Anyone have any similar feelings when they are a few years into their career, doing everything right, and feel like they are plateuing?

Dentistry and Finance

Want to get people's opinions on this. I moved to a new city and am in a slightly less productive office. I'm still doing well but sometimes when my schedule is slower (now in urban area vs suburban/rural), I feel anxious when it comes to money. I paid off my loans, have emergency fund and maxing out retirement with money leftover. I am typically a ROTH only guy since I am young and have years to grow, but with my anxiety over being slower and not making as much, sometimes I want to move to traditional 401k to get the deduction now and have more disposable money to cash away. Should I keep doing what I'm doing or let calm my nerves with doing traditional 401k and get the deduction? I know some are going to say to do traditional regardless because of my income, but again I'm a 32 year old male.

Rebalancing Brokerage Stocks

Thinking of rebalancing the stocks in my brokerage at the mid way mark of the year. I have some good winners (IONQ) and some losers (META that I bought at the initial dip months ago). I think of the individual stocks as somewhat as play money. I want to celebrate my wins and buy something fun and want to sell some losers for the tax loss harvesting, but not sure what to do with the money after I sell the losers. Should I put it into index funds, into new stocks, or into my winners? Don't know if putting the money into the winner stocks defeats the purpose of selling and spending the winners.

Trad 401k to hit 25%

My new job has a paycut unfortunately but better work life balance. I make a little over $200k. I have maxed out Roth IRA and HSA and will end up maxing out Roth 401. Some extra ends up in brokerage. Will probably end the year at 20%. I'm almost 30 and like the idea of Roth everything as I have long time for future growth even though I understand textbook would say be in traditional 401k - again personal finance is personal and I know Bo and Brian give leeway to this rule if you are young. If I did traditional 401k, I would have an addition $10k to invest and would possibly hit the 25% marker. Thoughts on moving to this?
