I have seen many senior using bikes and scooters in the campus so can we bring our bike and keep it in hostels?? And if yes do we need to submit some applications to COW? Can someone tell the complete process.

also ye bhi janna hai ki branch change to colg start hone ke baad hoti hai so kya hum kuch initial classes apni primary branch mai karte hai fir after upgradation new branch mai claases attend karte hai??
and epr pr subject registration firse krna hota hai kya and id card re-issue hota hai kya and iss procedure mai kitna time lagta hai??
