Other types of rooms in palaces?

Other types of rooms in palaces?

I've been working on a Verdemar Palace redesign loosely inspired by Osborne House, Queen Victoria's Isle of Wight residence. I'm almost done furnishing the first story, but I'm a bit stuck on what to do with the last room (circled in red). Any ideas?

There's a staircase in the middle you can't really see. I did experiment with dividing the space into several smaller rooms, but I think it works best as one due to the unusual shape (which I copied from pictures). Multiple areas/zones within the room are OK, though. It's a decades challenge save, so bonus points for historical accuracy--or at least plausibility.

I made the main Widow's Bay characters in The Sims 4 so we could hang.

I was going to save this post for when more people were up, but apparently you can't do that with pictures. They're on the gallery, username SimFormation for anyone who plays and wants to download.

I'm very happy to finally have a CGM after fighting to get one for 7+ years. But I'm also not ready to wear long sleeves the rest of my life. My dry, pasty skin means the default Dexcom stickers look better than "skin tone," but the edges turn black after a few days. Everything else looks awful.

The clear over patches are huge and start to peel right away. Are there other solutions? What are the good brands? Any good ones that cost under $1/patch? I hate spending more when I'm shelling out hundreds of dollars just to stay alive. Thanks for that, America.
