Z-Image Turbo taking 5+ minutes on M4 16GB — benchmark is ~1 minute. What am I missing?
Hey all, I’ve been troubleshooting this for hours and I’m stuck. Hoping someone here can spot what I’m missing.
My setup:
- MacBook with M4 chip, 16GB unified memory
- ComfyUI (latest), running locally
- Z-Image Turbo workflow
What I’m seeing:
Generations at 1024×1024 are taking 5+ minutes. People online with similar specs report ~1 minute.
