Career changer here looking for some advice. I graduated in 2021 with a BS in Computer Engineering with a 2.68 AMCAS cumulative GPA and a 2.209 BCPM.
I did some math and the most I can repair my GPA after taking pre-reqs and higher level science classes is about 3.13 (cumulative) and 3.28 (bcpm) assuming 3.9-4.0 through 70 credits or so.
I know I probably won’t get into a MD school even with a stellar MCAT but has anyone done this before and seen success in DO schools? I am considering a DIY post bacc at a 4 year university.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
