My plant became etiolated so I stuck it in a brighter spot. Now there are babies coming out of the main stalks and the bottom leaves are dying out. Also I think they tried to flower but didn’t get very far. What should I do? I know you can behead it and just start over but I want to try to keep the mother plants alive.

I’ve had this plant for about 1 year and it has grown at least 1 inch. After a rough road trip a few months ago where it almost died it has rebounded but is starting to grow different then usual. It has never had such long leaves before or such dramatic arching of the leaves. Other than that it has put out 6 pups and seems to be enjoying life.
