This is the court transcript for the April 29 2026 hearing . The fcr attorney claims evidence obtained by them that disputes their claims of 11,000 future claims can not be considered because when it was obtained by the company they hired it can not be used because they were at that time hired as a consultant witness, but now they are hired as a testifying witness , so that means the judge can not consider any evidence obtained as a consultant because that position no longer exist they are now a testifying witness not a consultant witness so she can not consider that evidence in her decision. The fcr even tried to cite three cases as Fact so that the judge could not consider the evidence that their witness cited that contradicts their claims of over 11,000 victims to come forward. You will not believe this is real until you read it for yourself. They act like we sold someone some pipe or something and did not get paid for it. They just don’t care that we are victims not some vendor that didn’t get paid for something we sold someone. If it is up to him we will never get paid another dime. He wants to keep it all for paying him a salary for the next 15 years.

THIS IS WHY THEY ALLOWED YOUR ATTORNEY TO CHARGE A COMMISSION ON MONEY YOU WERE NOT PAID ! THEY DID NOT WANT THE ATTORNEYS TO HAVE TO WAIT TWO YEARS TO GET PAID A COMMISSION ON THE HOLDBACK MONEY. A MEDICARE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME IF THEY HAD ASKED ANYONE IN MEDICARE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD IT COULD TAKE UP TO TWO YEARS OR MORE FOR 62,000 PEOPLE ! THEY WILL NEVER TELL US HOW OR WHO DECIDED TO TELL US 45 DAYS IF WE CHOSE OPTION A.

This is what we all need to communicate to the trustee, it will be interesting to see what response the trust files on July 6

From What I Have Read , She either Brought A Knife To A Gun Fight Or The Insurance Companies Have Bought Themselves A Judge . I wish her the best of luck! These insurance companies are sparing no expense with the lawyers they are hiring for this case. Did anyone else think she was just outgunned at the last hearing?

This will either be the last nail in our coffin or the first one in theirs!

I Agreed to pay my Attorney a percent of what I received.He took 36 percent of my total 4.7 disbursment ,the trust withheld 17k for lien’s, my atty took 20k and I received 13k . Did your attorney get paid commission on money you did not receive? Is this the way we are all being done or just me. I chose option A on their advise , told 45 days for lien check . It has now been 137 days and they say they don’t know how much longer it will be before I will receive the 17k that they have already been paid commission on.

DO THEY LOSE THEIR THIRD PARTY PROTECTIONS?

If we can get the mls listing numbers we can identify the Real Estate firm and the listing agent and talk to them to get the truth as to the testimony given in court . Is it ignorance and just making statements without doing the job we are paying them to do. All I need is the numbers and I will pay someone To get the truth

EMAIL THE US TRUSTEE DEMAND 38 MLS LISTINGS

I Will make them a formal offer on the BSA properties of ten cents on the dollar like they are asking us to accept on our claims!

AI Says zero possibility tha not one offer would be made! We should all email the trustee demanding the mls numbers . My agent said he can’t find one single mls for any BSA property. He told me in the last three years property values have doubled.It’s a sellers market. The only way the BSA camps would not sell is if someone is colluding with local goverment and not allowing developers to rezone the property. Have the deeds been signed over to the trust or is BSA still on the deed and pretending to try and sell? I have a life long friend who works for a hedge fund that just completed a 1000 acre with 800 home development. He said they are always looking for properties like the BSA owns. He said there are always offers even if they are low being made by developers like himself.Again this was testimony in open court yesterday that not one single offer was made on all thirty eight properties! COME ON MAN ARE THEY THAT STUPID!!!

When I got through I started talking about the bankruptcy,then I started crying and couldn’t stop ,I had to hang up I started feeling like I couldn’t breathe. Yep almost 70 years old and I still have full blown panic attacks. Hopefully you will be stronger than me and tell our story. If Chris Cuomo decides to cover this on his show he will blow it up and not stop. I have seen him do it on other travesties of justice. He was all over the Jeffery Epstein and the me too movement on his show.
