24F vomiting brown substance

Hello I’ve just vomitted this brown substance. I still feel very ill. I only have slight stomach pain. I call an emergency doctor and he said not to go into the hospital because it’s not fresh blood. But when I google it. Everything says to seek medical attention ASAP.
what do I do I’m really scared.
