I have been teaching overseas for the past 15 years and have been offered a job in Manitoba. I’m certified through Ontario. The schools I worked in were not Canadian but they were accredited international schools. According to the website I have to get someone in charge from each school to fill a form and email it to the powers that be in Manitoba. I worked for 6 years in Kuwait and 8 in Shanghai. I know this will be a tricky to nearly impossible task, especially with my school in Kuwait. Has anyone had any experience with this type of situation. I don’t want to have to go back and earn a new teacher salary with over 15 years experience. Any advice?

I’m certified with the Ontario college of teachers and just accepted a job in Manitoba. I can’t find a straightforward answer to how to transfer my Ontario license to Manitoba. Can someone provide some guidance please?
