Is It Normal To Be In A Steady State Of Receiving Downloads?

As the title says, I'm in a constant state of receiving information of spirits.

I experience a lot with my clair senses, and am guided largely by a few spirits (I know this via their energies being nearby when I experience with my clair senses, and by the downloads I receive). I also gravitate heavily towards spirit work and will communicate with the local spirits via spirit boxes, dreams, etc. I haven't fully figured it out yet.

Is this normal? Your help is appreciated.

What is this staining on my vintage doll’s hairline?

Any guesses? I have a lot of expensive, vintage dolls so I’m hoping that it’s nothing too bad and that I can keep him. If it’s mild of something infectious of course, I can dispose of him, and how would I go about that properly?

Additionally, is there any way to fix it? The hair feels greasy to the touch, but that could be from age.
