When your dosha shifts out of balance, what's the FIRST tiny signal you notice — before anything obvious goes wrong?

Sometimes I notice it before any real symptoms show up.
For me, it’s usually small things like waking up feeling “off,” random irritability, low energy, overthinking, cravings, or my digestion acting slightly different.

Curious what the first subtle signal is for other people before things go out of balance?

Modern medicine fixed my pain, but not the pattern.

I started noticing that the same issues kept coming back depending on my stress, food, sleep, and even emotions. That’s what made me curious about body constitution, doshas, and the mind-body connection.

Some people seem fine eating certain foods

Do you think our body type and mental patterns affect health more than we realize?

Recently found out I’m Pitta dominant through a dosha quiz - what should I take care of?

Hey everyone,

I recently did an Ayurveda dosha quiz and found out that I’m mainly Pitta dominant. After reading a bit about it, a lot of things actually started making sense for me — like getting overheated easily, overthinking, irritation/stress sometimes, and strong digestion.

Now I’m curious to learn from people who understand Ayurveda better or have a similar dosha.

What are some important things a Pitta person should take care of in daily life?

How accurate has knowing your dosha actually been for you?

Been getting into Ayurveda for a few months and recently got my prakriti assessed. Apparently I'm predominantly Vata with some Pitta. Honestly a lot of it checked out, the anxiety, cold hands, irregular digestion, the constant overthinking. But some things just didn't fit at all.

It got me wondering though, do most people actually know their prakriti or are they just seeing their vikriti and thinking that's their natural state? I feel like that distinction doesn't get talked about enough.

Also did you self-assess or go to an actual practitioner? Because I feel like if I took a quiz on a different day I'd get a completely different result lol

Curious to hear what others have experienced.
