N.veitchii PE Fairchid
Quick update on my PE Fairchild: its newest pitcher just popped and it has so much stripes, the pitcher body is fairly round and has faint pink hue. Hopefully it will produce better pitchers in winter/spring.

It skipped its last pitcher likely because of a small heat wave last month. This is the next pitcher and seems to still be in recovery, but it shows much more of a mature veitchii characteristic. Very very round and squat body!
The following pitcher after the last one I posted shows obvious improvement. This time around I decide to leave the plant as is because the coming tendril is sitting on a patch of sphagnum so I wanna let it delevop there without any disturb.
I love how bold the stripes are in this plant. Also it seems to have more bulbous pitcher body than my other veitchii, which is what’s expected in this cross.
