I have an upcoming trip to China planned in November for 30 days. Is there much of a hostel scene in China? On the social side of things? Hotels don't seem much more expensive but would like to meet people when travelling. TIA for any advice or recs.
Hi all, after some advice. I'm from the UK and have an elderly family member who is going to either sell or rent out their property in the US. What is the process for doing this? Is it the same as the UK when using a broker? Ie you would contact 2 or 3 brokers, they come and see the property, provide a valuation, you say go ahead and then sign an agreement and then they do photos etc?
Or do you just call 2 or 3 brokers and they expect that everything is done in one visit? They give you value, sign the paperwork and do the pictures and things? Or does this vary between selling and rental? Just trying to understand the process so we can assist.
Or is it completely different?
