GUYS PLEASE I NEED HELP 😭
Hey everyone! I'm a DCET student and CMRIT is currently one of my top choices. I've already gone through the website and placement stats, but I wanted to hear from people who actually study there.
I had a few questions:
If you could go back, would you still choose CMRIT?
How are the placements for an average student, not just the toppers?
Is the coding culture good? Are people into hackathons, DSA, projects, etc.?
How's the hostel? Is it worth staying there or is a PG a better option?
How strict is the college with attendance and academics?
Is campus life actually fun? Clubs, fests, events?
Is the Whitefield location a real advantage for internships and opportunities?
How supportive are the seniors?
What's something you wish you knew before joining?
What's the biggest downside of CMRIT?
If you had to choose between CMRIT, BIT, BMSIT, NMIT, and Acharya today, what would you pick and why?
I'm expecting a DCET rank around 2k–2.5k. Would you recommend CMRIT for someone like me?
I'd really appreciate honest opinions, whether they're positive or negative. Thanks!
