🔄 Legacy V2 GLM Coding Plan—reset cards missing despite repeated support follow-ups

I’m a legacy V2 GLM Coding Plan subscriber and received Z.ai’s email announcing that users had been issued:

🗓️ 4 weekly reset cards

⏱️ 4 five-hour reset cards

However, none of these cards appear on my dashboard.

📩 I contacted support and followed up twice, including requesting escalation after more than 48 hours. The issue remains unresolved and is affecting my usage.

The same announcement included non-peak billing rates during peak hours until October 7. That promotion has now ended, while the missing-card issue is still unresolved.

It’s frustrating to receive an email saying the cards have already been issued, then find nothing in my account and have to repeatedly chase support.

🤔 Have other legacy V2 subscribers received their cards? Did they appear automatically, or did you need to claim them manually?

🙏 If anyone from Z.ai support is here, please help clarify my eligibility and resolve this issue.

LinkedIn’s API is completely broken for Egypt's DST (UTC+3) and it’s locking creators out of their own Live Streams.

Is anyone else dealing with this? Egypt recently shifted to Daylight Saving Time (UTC+3), but LinkedIn forgot to update their timezone database. They still have Cairo hardcoded to UTC+2.

Because of this API bug:

My audience sees my 9:00 PM event scheduled for 8:00 PM (and shows up an hour early).

My streaming software (Restream) reads the broken API payload as 10:00 PM and physically locks my "Go Live" button.

Even trying to bypass the API using Custom RTMP fails because LinkedIn's Live Control Room locks the backend ingestion based on their broken clock.

LinkedIn Support's official response was: "We're unable to provide an estimated timeline for resolution." It's absurd that a Microsoft-owned platform is failing at a standard, annual DST update.

Has anyone found a workaround to force a scheduled LinkedIn event to accept an RTMP feed when their backend clock is entirely broken? Right now, I have to abandon my event pages and go live ad-hoc, which destroys my marketing.
