my friend dropped her sugar glider to me since she’s going to 3 days trip and i never took care of one before
i let the cage open so he can get used to the place and i can clean the cage (i didn’t end up cleaning because i thought the glider might want a familiar scent) but it was scared it climbed my wall and stayed there for 2 hours and i’m not sure what to do
i minimized and covered the areas that it might hide in later and made the cage under and i feel so tired and nerves i need it to get back in so i can sleep
also i didn’t want to go get snacks for to reasons : i don’t want to further scare it since it’s close to the door and make it want to stay there longer and the second reason it’s early for his meal time
what should I do?
