Hi,

Will be moving from Canada and looking to rent at the Hub - Scripps Ranch. Amenities look good and seems the neighborhood is good for someone with kids.

Would love to know your experience at The Hub and would like to know more about Scripps Ranch in general ( I am aware its not close to the water). Is it a safe neighborhood? Homelessness? Things to do - I've read its pretty boring but would love to know your take on it.

Looking for advice if making $110K would be okay for a couple to live in SD. We don't plan on living near the beach and understand we will have to be frugal but is it doable? We plan on renting a 1bedroom apartment. We have 1 car we own.

I've been reading up but can someone please explain how much we'd be taxed on an income of $110k as a married couple.(This is single person income. Eventually both of us will work).
