Bain & Co Proactively Banning me from ENs?

Hi all, not sure if you have ever encountered this, I recall speaking to someone at Bain througn an EN back in January. The EN associate made a mistake and mislead their customer by claiming wrong experiance which I never had. The call was booked, I ended the call very professionally claiming that I do not have such experiance and all was good. Then the same EN banned me and deleted my account, I tried to reach-out to them, however their compliance team wrote back to me asking me never to approach them again.
Now we are in July and I have been banned from 2 other ENs and they both said it was Bain who asked them to do so, I do not recall speaking to anyone from Bain since January - 6 months ago, but it seems this Bain employee is either extremly bored or for some weird reason hates me, I do not know this person, I do not even know their name. Any advise or help or suggestion would be highly appreciated please.
