Does harassment have to be personally “felt”?

If I don’t feel anything because of a condition eg I have severe depression and am just numb to everything or I’ve got ASD which means I didn’t realise people were taking the piss out of me, does this mean I can’t claim harassment because I did not personally find it offensive etc or is it based on what the typical person would feel in that situation?

Writing about injury to feelings when you lack words to describe feelings

Calling my autistic homies (+ allies, friends), anyone got tips on how you’re meant to write about injury to feelings when you have Alexithymia? I’ve been repeating the words “shocked” and “disturbed” and “alarmed” many times now. That’s about as deep as my “emotions” go (whatever those are, yuck). I’m wondering whether I should look up an emotions dictionary and try to guess what word should apply in the various situations. Surely other people are basically using various synonyms of “upset”?

Also should I be worried that the Respondent might claim my feelings weren’t that injured because I don’t really “feel” feelings.

Solicitor told my employer to withhold payment

I made a complaint to my employer about unpaid wages. Complaint was upheld and HR told me I would receive it in the next payrun. I then raised tribunal claim for other workplace issues I’ve been having. HR have now told me their solicitor advised them to withhold payment until my tribunal claim is concluded. Is that allowed!? Should I report the solicitor to SRA?
