What tools do you use to evaluate a rental property?
i've been looking around for simple calculators, AI tools, or agents to help me evaluate a deal and determine if its work investing in. Theres plenty of options out there for residential including propstream, rentstack ai, biggerpockets, etc. thanks in advance
