Grand Rapids Leaded Glass Grandfather Clock (?) Pendulum Troubles

Hi all! First-time posting here (apologies for being totally clock illiterate), but my sister recommended I check Reddit. My husband brought home what I think is a Grand Rapids leaded glass grandfather clock—or a reproduction—from an estate sale today.

I don’t know much about grandfather clocks but have always wanted one and he liked this one enough to pick up for a steal.

With some quick searches on how to wind, I was able to get the chains and weights up. I started the pendulum and it will swing back and forth for ~2-4 minutes before stopping each time I swing it.

We live in a very old house, so I used some shims to make sure it’s level on all sides.

I’ve attached pictures of the clock and its movement (and of a listing of what looks like the same clock online), but I’m not too sure what I’m looking for, if this is a common issue with older clocks, etc. I’m not terribly sure *what* I’m looking for with any possible damage, either.

Happy to provide additional context, photos, etc.—thank you in advance for your help!
