it’s a spacious, well-lit 5BHK with good energy and is airy, the kitchen is huge and one of the rooms has a private balcony and a shared terrace is accessible to everyone
room details
total rent is 65k including maintenance
- room on the ground floor costs — 13k
- room on the first floor with the private balcony costs — 15k
- rooms on the second floor costs 10k for the smaller one and 12k for the bigger one respectively
other details
no brokerage
security deposit is 1L total so (20k per person)
flat is almost unfurnished (geyser, wardrobe, fans and lights provided)
other costs would include (maid, wifi, refrigerator, stove, gas connection) which will be split equally amongst 5
cook is optional and is something you’d have to get if you’d need that
AC is something you’d have to rent for yourself, will have to figure the specifics out about the electricity bill
