Arbiter Wing Strikes - Diablo 4 Paladin Build Guide

It did seem to boost my damage, but I felt like I was struggling more than I should be compared to last season, though it is early and my gear is complete trash, so I was thinking that was the issue.

Anyone confirm this or the exact nature of the bug?

I'm not seeing anything in the patch notes, but I did see this:

• Guaranteed Affix 1: Primary Core Stat
• Guaranteed Affix 2: Attack Speed

Other Wing Strike related changes:

Disciple Oath

• Damage increased from 50% to 80%.
