A new medical deck, for students in the UKMLA.

I've attached a link to my medical deck, based on Medicine in a Day, a popular book for students preparing for the UKMLA (this is the medical licensing exam in the UK). The deck contains just over 10,000 flashcards. I have not come close to completing the book (I would probably say I'm around 40%). When I'm done with the book, I'll update the deck (with better organisation of cards), provided there is interest from the community.

The management is largely based on UK guidelines, so is probably of limited (although not zero) use for students in other countries. It is exceedingly thorough on the subjects it covers: I created this for my personal use as I was dissatisfied with the superficial treatment that Spranki provided.

Hopefully this is useful.

Which other systems have similar ROI to Anki?

I am a complete Anki convert - no other system/app/habit has produced such significant results with such little effort. I can clearly divide, in my life, a period before Anki and one after I started consistently using it. Is anyone aware of similar rigorous, scientific systems that produce such massive results - not just in learning, but all aspects of life? I do not mean such vague habits as 'exercise' or 'sleep' or 'journal' - I mean structured systems: habits that are self-contained and concrete, rather than something as amorphous as 'exercise'.
