dividends vs. buybacks

dividends vs. buybacks

As far as I care, dividends are far superior for investors. Even a penny in dividends is better than zero.

1000 hours in 12 weeks

my "1000 hours in 12 weeks" goal update

as of this moment, I have fasted now 719 hours towards the 1000 hour goal, which ends around the first day of summer.

the last several fasts have been good. I can see the results in the mirror for sure. scale is still in the closet, waiting for a weight in after the 1000 hours is complete

every fast is different. the fast before this the energy was even throughout, but decided to end when I felt completely fatigued after a workout. this recent one was similar. it was pleasant overall with few side effects. but I decided I would do a couple of carnivore meals and hit the gym. the net result will be a 72 rolled into a 48.

if I did that 1000 hours in one go, it would be 41.67 days.

as a weekly goal, it averages 83.34 hours a week, which I will try to do as once a week fast

my guess is around 9 to 11 kg of fat will be burned by the end of 12 weeks, plus water weight.
