I was wondering what people's experience was with reading the Ignat Avsey translation and/or the "new translation" by Rodger Cockrell?
I've skimmed through online to try and compare information but there really isn't much to go off of on Google.

Hi all,
I'm a 20 year old woman trying to work out just at home with dumbbells,
Not looking to get super jacked, just strong enough around the back/shoulders to avoid workplace injuries as I lift heavy at work for long durations of time. I'm also looking to burn more calories at rest.
I was wondering if this video was an okay plan to follow along. I've seen commenters mentiontion that it was intense, and beginners should break up parts a and b.
I've tried to build my own plan, however I've been super busy and just need something to generally keep up my strength around my upper body.
My question is, are there any issues with the plan itself that I'm missing? Or does anyone have suggestions for a better plan?
