Selling full gc3 sim set up

Hi everyone, I'm unfortunately in need of the space that my sim occupies. I have a Foresight GC3 in a shank tank (ball and club data), Carl's Place C-series 8.5x11.5 enclosure with premium impact screen, BenQ TK700STi projector(185 hours on the bulb), and a Fiberbuilt Player Preferred hitting mat. Everything is in excellent condition and nothing has ever been outside. All was purchased in December of 2023. I also have a prebuilt Alienware R16 4080 gpu pc. Plenty of thick gym mats for the surrounding area, spot light, and other various bits and bobs. I’m asking $10,000 for everything. I’m located in Sumter,SC.
