Looking for the official Japanese dub/cutscenes for the NiGHTS series (Starting to wonder if it's a myth!)

I’m a fan of the NiGHTS franchise, and I’ve been reading a lot of lore and trivia online. I keep seeing people mention that there is an official Japanese voice dub for the series, but for the life of me, I can't seem to find any resources or footage of it anywhere!
I’ve searched all over YouTube, Pixiv, and other sites, but almost everything I find is either gameplay guides or the English dub cutscenes. I couldn't even find the Japanese version of the game itself to extract the files from.
To be honest, because it's so hard to find, I'm starting to question if it actually exists, or if I'm just looking in the wrong places.
I know the original NiGHTS into Dreams on the Saturn mostly used an invented fictional language, so I assume the full Japanese dub people are talking about is for the Wii sequel, NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams.
Does anyone have a link to a YouTube playlist, a Google Drive folder, or any website where I can watch the Japanese story cutscenes? Alternatively, if anyone knows where I can find the Japanese ROM/ISO to experience it myself, that would be incredibly helpful too.
