I'm 34.

It was harsh sex for me with my wife and I think the lubrication was low, so the foreskin was pulled back with each thrust, causing frenulum tear. Now it has healed in 2 weeks time but the foreskin has grown phimosis and not retracting back. I am able to pee. No sign of infection.

I want to stretch it naturally. It is possible with steroids? Or without steroids?

Looking for advise who have already implemented the methods.

The urologist suggested circumcision, which I don't want to do.
