This site will generate power on prem with a projected capacity of 1.65GW.
This site is a sister site to O’Neill’s other data center proposed in Conshy at the old Cliffs steel mill.
Conshy/Plymouth Data Center hearings start on 6/25 at 7pm at Colonial Middle School to fight Brian O’Neill.
Those nearby the property (900 Conshohocken Rd) should consider seeking party status.
Party status preserves your appeal rights on the project.
Those within 1mi have a good argument to get party status.
Hi all,
Brian O’Neill’s OTHER 2mi sq ft. data center in Conshohocken will be discussed on June 25th at 7pm. This is a Zoning Hearing Board and will take place at Colonial Middle School.
For those who attended the Upper Merion meeting, the Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) is similar to your Board of Supervisors meeting. This application has already gone through a Planning Agency meeting in October where it was denied. Now, the developer needs the approval from the ZHB.
Please consider showing up to show O’Neill out. Your neighbors need you.
