I have an apartment for sale less than 300 meters from the square on Strossmayra. I'm wondering why we haven't gotten any people interested. Realtor said no one wants an apartment in a house (which I don't understand, it is an apartment building with 5 units, it's just an old building, not a house) everything has been made new, triple pane windows block any road noise, etc. It doesn't have parking but in an urban setting lots of places don't, and there is the newly paved lot across the street. Any ideas how else to market it other than Njuskalo, and realtor websites? (How to reach new people moving to the city?, foreigners, etc?) Hvala for any suggestions.
