6 months post-op!
I had Stage 1 of a full metoidioplasty done in December with Dr. McClung in Columbus, OH. (UL, vaginectomy, VY scrotoplasty). Stage 2 will be testicular implants, monsplasty, and removal of the upper labial folds. I'm 5'6 and 212lbs, about 1.25in flaccid and 2in hard (a little retraction from scarring but not a lot - mostly it's just buried under my fat and folds!) I can stand to pee but I'm still bad at aiming so I only do it at home, just in case.
I've really struggled with this in-between stage psychologically; from the front it looks basically the same as before, and healing has been exhausting. But I took this video today in the golden hour light and was pleased to find that I was happy with where I was at. It's been a challenging six months, but worth it!!
