Is this the end of smoking for me?
I have felt like shit the past 6 weeks, went to the hospital and they diagnosed me with SMA. I in fact do not have sma as when I smoke I feel good and when I quit it starts up the next morning.
Today is my first day im realizing this is the problem, So im quitting. I read online that if you smoke in the future you are 100% getting it again, is this true?
