How to clean pyrite found in shale
I have many of these 5-10mm wide pieces of pyrite which I found in slate. I would love to clean them up so you can actually see the pyrite shining. What's the best way to clean them? So far soaking in vinegar and ultrasonic cleaning have not made much impact.
