Hi there, I applied for a student plan on Framer about a week ago. Is it normal that I haven't received any confirmation email from them? Something like "We've received your application, it will take around two weeks to verify and we'll let you know."

I asked the AI support bot about it, but it just said that I'd get a decision in about two weeks (without actually checking if my application went through). I'm just wondering if I did everything correctly and if my application is already under review.
