New tiny bump below my main Osgood-Shlatter bump

I was diagnosed with Osgood Schlatter’s when I was around 12-13 (20 now), and I’ve recently noticed a new tiny bump forming underneath my original one. I want to say the bump started forming within the last 1-2 years or so, however I’m not 100% certain. As of recent it’s gotten noticeably bigger (thankfully no pain), but I’m curious as to what it could be, or at least what’s causing it.
