Sleep trained 9mo old waking every 2 hrs?
We got back from a trip 3 days ago with a 2 hr time change ( Texas—> California ). He is also cutting his top front tooth. The first morning we got home he woke at 3:30 and I had to rock him to sleep and he slept till 6:30. 2nd night he woke at 1,3,5. I didn’t go in till 5 because the first two waking were not much crying. at 5 I had to rock him to sleep. Slept till 7:20. Now night 3 he was up every 1-2 hours. I only went in once at the beginning of the night to give him ibprophen for his teeth.
His day schedule is 2.75/3/3.25. Bed around 6:30/7.
What the heck is going on? Is it teething? He did not wake like this for his first two teeth and at this point it doesn’t seem like jet lag. I probably shouldn’t have gone in the first two nights I just felt bad because I figured it was jet lag
