If i create a naruto fan game with real hand signs and attacks based on your web cam would people play it?
Basically a Naruto open world fan game, but for the fighing mechanics its like a turn based combat and based on the accuracy/speed of your hand signs which i will create an ai to detect which handsign you create you deal a certain ammount of damage. And maybe at the beginning of the game you get to score a wheel to choose your character and ofcourse the stronger a character is the harder his jutsu will be to recreate. And to also give a fair chance to unlucky players maybe defeating a certain ammount of other players grants you more luck which can help you in your respin to unlock another character. Also since im a begginer dev i wanted to ask if i recreate all of naruto exactly could i still monetize the game? or would i have to create similair ,but not exact characters/scenes/places? Also how would i combat cheaters or people who put images of hand signs on camera instead of actually using their hands? any thoughts? i wanna know who would be interested in this idea and if you think i should actually recreate it what are some suggestions for the game?
